Flossing Teeth – What’s the Correct Way?
Flossing teeth helps keep your teeth clean, contributes to healthy gums and keeps your breath smelling good. But what is the correct way to floss your teeth?
When you floss never saw back and forth between your teeth, this can actually cut your gums. Rather, you want to “buff” your teeth. You do this by adopting an up and down motion with the floss. Make sure you floss between all your teeth.
It’s best to floss after you brush and not before. Try to floss at least once a day.
